TokenPocket, a multi-chain wallet, has energy rental built into TRON transfers: a toggle on the transfer screen rents the energy before sending. The fee can be paid in TRX, or in USDT or USDD when the wallet holds no TRX, in which case TokenPocket also activates the account. Its help pages give examples of 3.6 to 3.76 TRX per USDT transfer, and 0.78 USDT (recipient already holds USDT) or 1.09 USDT (recipient does not) when paying in USDT; the examples are not dated.
